Leafy Green Smoothie

  • Blenders
  • 4 cups of spinach or any other green leaf
  • 4 small bananas frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups o unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 cups of plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 4 scoops of protein powder optional
  • 2 cups of ice cubes
  1. Add the ingredients to your blender in the order listed above.
  2. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Pour into aglass and serve immediately

Tip: If you have a nut allergy you can substitute the peanut butter for sunflower seed butter and substitute the almond milk for another liquid such as regular milk, soy milk or even water.
