Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 cups of spinach or any other green leaf
- 4 small bananas frozen
- 1 1/2 cups o unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 2 cups of plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 4 scoops of protein powder optional
- 2 cups of ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to your blender in the order listed above.
- Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Pour into aglass and serve immediately
Notes
Tip: If you have a nut allergy you can substitute the peanut butter for sunflower seed butter and substitute the almond milk for another liquid such as regular milk, soy milk or even water.
