1. Drink more water

Drinking water is the best way to lose weight and stay healthy, but drink more water like detox water, green tea, black tea, black coffee without sugar, homemade fruit juice without sugar.

Such drinks are good for your health and they keep you fuller longer, prevent you from eating unhealthy things, and nibbling on junk food that is high in sugar or refined oils.
